Single session therapy offers an opportunity to pause and reflect. Together we will explore where you are now and where you would like to be.

 

Sessions start with identifying blocks to you moving forwards. What may be holding you back may be circumstances or beliefs about your capabilities. 

Sessions can be used to explore any area of your life, some examples are relationship challenges, important life stages and changes, workplace stresses or changes or important stages in your career. 

 

During the session I will help you find clarity and new perspectives in addition to identifying useful tools to move you forwards practically.
